The negotiation process is fully digital, ensuring accuracy and the security of all shared information. To streamline the experience, both proposal submission and negotiation take place within the same platform.
If you’ve reached this stage of the process, welcome — and congratulations on becoming a NOS partner!
At this point, you’ll be notified via the platform that your proposal has been accepted, and you’ll move forward with the contract formalisation process.
Throughout your partnership with NOS, you will have access to the certified Mercado Eletrónico platform, where you can consult your purchase orders and monitor the registration, status and payment of invoices for the services provided to NOS.
Throughout the partnership with NOS, periodic evaluations will be conducted to assess overall satisfaction with the collaboration. These evaluations focus on responsible management practices in areas such as environmental and social sustainability, governance, and data privacy and security.
Through this approach, we aim to enhance the overall performance of NOS’s value chain and support our suppliers in improving their own performance in line with NOS’s strategic guidelines.
To help achieve better results, we will work together with suppliers to define an action plan with specific measures to be implemented in their operations, aimed at driving continuous improvement.
You will be invited to complete a questionnaire assessing your sustainability performance, to ensure alignment with our risk criteria.
