- TV + Internet + Phone + Mobile: An all-inclusive bundle, which offers Fiber or Satellite internet service for your entire household, TV service, a landline phone, and the flexibility to personalize one or more mobile SIM cards with the plan that suits you best.
- TV + Internet + Phone: A comprehensive bundle, which provides Fiber or Satellite internet service for your entire household, TV service, and a landline phone.
- Net: provides Fiber or Satellite internet service for your entire household.
- TV: includes the TV service.
Included offers and subscriptions
By subscribing to a NOS bundle, you can have access to
- Discounts on the monthly fee, or free monthly fee(s): The offer of the free monthly fee(s) is deducted from the bill(s) issued after the installation, without any action required on your part. To access this offer, you must activate direct debit and electronic billing.
- Discount vouchers when purchasing devices or accessories, such as TV, smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, cameras, gaming consoles, and other products: you will receive your voucher via SMS within 30 days after the installation, which can be redeemed at a NOS store or at our Online Store. The voucher can be redeemed by someone other than the contract holder. The access to this offer requires the payment of the first bill, the activation of direct debit and electronic billing (for individual customers) or acceptance of the contractual conditions, activation of direct debit and electronic billing (for business customers).
- TV Channels offers such as NOS Studios, Sport TV, or TVCine during a specific period of time: The offer becomes available for activation on your TV or the my NOS app and customer area within 7 days after installation. Once it is available, you will receive an SMS with all the instructions. You have up to 1 month after receiving the SMS to activate your offer.
After the end of the offer, the service will be deactivated immediately. To access this offer, you must activate direct debit and electronic billing.
Additionally, depending on the bundle, it may entail an additional payment of +€1/month during the duration of the contract.
- Streaming subscriptions offers such as Disney+ during a specific period of time. The offer becomes available for activation on your my NOS app and customer area within 30 days after the installation. Once it is available, you will receive an SMS with all the instructions. You must activate this offer within 60 days after it becomes available. After the end of the offer, the service will remain active and will be charged on your NOS bill. If you do not wish to continue with the service, you must cancel your subscription. To access this offer, you must activate direct debit and electronic billing. Additionally, depending on the bundle, it may entail an additional payment of +€1/month during the duration of the contract.
- ·Android TV or Apple TV rental offer: after the installation, the offer is automatically activated without any action required on your part. To access this offer, you must activate direct debit and electronic billing.
These offers are updated over time and limited to the existing stock.
Loyalty period
Subscribing to a NOS bundle comes with a 24-month loyalty period.
However, there are other offers available with different loyalty periods, such as 12 months, 6 months, or even without a loyalty period, in which installation and service activation have associated costs that you will be responsible for.

After subscribing, we will proceed with your request according to the following steps:
- The details of your bundle will be finalized with a NOS expert, and the installation will be scheduled. This scheduling is always done as soon as possible, according to your availability and preference;
- You will receive an SMS with the confirmed details;
- Please wait for the installation and activation date of the service - if you need to change the scheduled date, you can do it in the my NOS app;
- After the specified period indicated by the expert, you can confirm the contracted conditions, activate channels and subscriptions, and enjoy the offer(s) to which you are entitled by joining NOS.
